Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Hotel Omega. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and Payments

  1. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
  2. Payment Policy: Payments must be made in full upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge for the first night’s stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
  2. Check-Out: Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Guest Responsibilities

  1. Identification: A valid ID may be requested upon check-in.
  2. Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property. Costs for repairs or replacements may be charged.
  3. Smoking and Pets: Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Pets are only allowed in specific rooms and for an additional fee.


Hotel Omega is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless caused by the hotel’s negligence.


Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to the Terms

Hotel Omega reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly.
